Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC 8X are both on the same 1.5 GHz Windows 8 OS with the dual core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor. It would be interesting to see how these phones fair depending on the way they utilize the software and the surrounding hardware design to their advantage. As far as the design is concerned, even though both have the same Corning Gorilla Glass, Nokia Lumia 920 looks much more elegant and high end compared to the HTC 8X.
Nokia Lumia 920 comes with a 32 GB internal memory while the latter comes with just 16 GB of mass memory. Since, both the phones have the same 1 GB of Random Access Memory (RAM), it would be interesting to see the performance comparison between the two.
HTC 8X has a lower resolution screen and lacks native apps. On the other hand, Nokia Lumia 920 is a release boasting of its unmatched bright most sensitive 4.5 inches display screen and 8 MP Pureview camera capabilities.
When a company releases a phone as its flagship device, you really have nothing to lose. Nokia Lumia 920 is a phone which can really turn things around for Nokia. Nokia has invested all its hardware brilliance and software efforts to make this phone a success while for HTC, HTC 8X is just another phone in its smartphone range.
